| Introduction | I consider myself a happy person. I am easy to get along with and a non-judgmental person. I love to be outside. Mel says that I'm a sun worshipper. Mel and I are quite a bit alike. He's also extremely easy-going and has a very gentle nature. We both are close to our families and appreciate the relationship that we have with them. Life is good! |
| Interests | Family, boating, family, waterskiing, family, the gospel, family, going to the gym, family, vacations, family, yard work, family, camping....and did I say family? |
| Favorite movies | My favorite movie is a real oldie: It's a Wonderful Life. My second most favorite movie is another (but not so quite) oldie. It is How the West was Won. Mel would say that he doesn't have any favorites. He loves movies though. Mel always laughes at me because I remember movie dialogs and can watch a good movie over and over and never get tired of it. |
| Favorite music | We both love music. Our song is "Must Be Doin Somthing Right" by Billy Currington. I have to say, though, that I was a little embarrassed when I saw the music video for the first time. That was long past having it for our song though. We listen to oldies music and country western. Our radio stations are usually turned to K-Bull or 94.1. Mel also likes the classic country station that plays the old country music like Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, etc. |
| Favorite books | I suppose that I should say that the Book of Mormon is my favorite book. My favorite books, though, are historical fiction. I like reading about real events and people, but fictionalized, not biographies. I guess that my favorite book is "Katherine" which is about the Duke of Lancaster and his long-time mistress\later wife, Katherine. I've read it, Gone With the Wind, and Ride the Wind several times. |
