| Introduction | I am a young lady who has spent years trying to find her calling...her niche. I found it through health and fitness. I am still a work in progress but I continue to tackle my health head on having lost 70lbs so far on my journey to 100lbs lost. Through my love of changing my own life, I've found the rewarding nature of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. It is amazing to watch people on their transformations because not only is it a physical change but a mental change as well. |
