| Introduction | My current abode is London,a beautiful city with great people, fresh fruits, veggies and herbs in abundance all round the year. The 'prana' from the fresh vegetarian food cooked with excitement and enthusiasm helps me with my yoga and reiki practice. I feel blessed to teach yoga which makes me a better student with every class. I feel like a child in the kitchen who wants to explore,create and share the outcome with others.
