| Introduction | I started my career as a user-centred web designer and organically moved into Information Architecture/UX as my interest and passion for usability grew. I am a T-shaped digital native, with a breadth of experience in UCD, hand coding HTML/XHTML/CSS etc and SEO and a specialization in user experience and information architecture. I have a strong theoretical framework that I work to, which includes areas such as cognitive psychology, HCI and design theory. Whilst I reference this theory in my approach, I take an holistic and dynamic viewpoint, proposing individual solutions to address individual challenges. I am human-centred; people are at the core of everything I do. |
