| Introduction | I started playing golf at 13 years of age. I was the number two player on my college golf team. I sat on the Board of Directors for six years at a golf resort, and won the Men's Club Championship nine times from 1976 through 1988. In 1986, I founded Probe Golf, which specialized in custom fit drivers. Over twenty Senior PGA Tour pros won using the Probe Driver, including Larry Laoretti's 1992 victory at the Senior United States Open Championship. Some famous amateurs played our equipment, such as Baseball Hall of Famer Willy Mays. In 1992, I invented golf's first and only inverted-shafted putter, the Probe 20/20. Several tour players used our putter in competition, including Arnold Palmer, Jim Dent, Larry Laoretti, and Chi Chi Rodriguez.(See www.probegolf.com). In 2003, I decided to offer special concierge service to private country club members. Since then, our clients have enjoyed the convenience of easily arranging play at many of the world's top private clubs at home and while traveling. In 2010 I wrote LOVE WAS NOT ENOUGH, based on a true story. |
