| Introduction | These are some things that I love, in no particular order: Michael Jackson music videos. Edgar Allen Poe. Iron Maiden. All animals, but especially mine. Tina Fey. Running. Avocadoes. Pretty much any type of bean. Green tea. Coffee that hasn’t had the shit burned out of it. Filtered water. Feeding stray animals, Big-ass salads. The smoothness of my husband’s face right after he shaves. The roughness of my husband’s face when he can get away with not shaving. All sorts of wine. ‘Life of Pi’. Horribly tasteless jokes. Baths. Our comfy couch. My mom. It Just Gets Stranger. These are some things that I hate, in no particular order: When I want to make bread but my yeast is dead. The slightest bit of light when I’m trying to sleep. People who don’t say please, thank you or excuse me. Anyone who is cruel to animals. Anyone who is even a little bit mean to animals.People asking me “when are you two going to have a baby?”. Cleaning the cat box. The WBC. When air conditioning gets out of control and feels bitterly cold instead of refreshing. Flat tires on my bike. |

| Favorite Music | I'm a metal girl at heart, but I enjoy most genres if I'm in the right mood...except country. I guess, once in a while, it can be acceptable, but I don't often find myself in those situations. |
| Favorite Books | Off the bat I think: Lord of the Rings, but I also loved The Hot Zone, The Poisonwood Bible. I like the works of Patricia Cornwell, Jon Krakauer, George Orwell and Morgan Llywelyn. As far as short stories and poetry go, Edgar Allen Poe is tops for me, I absolutely adore his writing and I have multiple copies of his works. |
