| Introduction | I've been married to my incredible wife Melody since 1991 and we have two boys - Josh and Ty. I loved being part of the Youth Specialties (www.youthspecialties.com) Training Team from1998 to 2010 where I had the opportunity to train and motivate students and adults all over the world. I love being a husband and father. I also love good music and any sports team from Cleveland, Ohio.
