Introduction I LOVE food AND..exercise! Yep, you got to love getting fit when you frequently fantasize about diving headfirst into a hot fudge sundae! But hey everything in moderation, right? But what does that really mean? And does anyone ever really follow this advice in our "giant portion size" society? Well I have found a way to mix my love of food and still get fit and stay healthy.... AND even "fit" some ice cream into the equation! I am a certified "food and lifestyle coach" but even more importantly, a self-described "foodie" enjoying this sweet life, one bite at a time :)
