| Introduction | I am an evangelical Christian, mother of four, and grandmother of four. I also have granddogs and grandparrots, and a grandcat as well. I love to work with my hands and ALWAYS have a project...or two...going. I live in Bethany, in northwest Missouri, but spend my weekends at our gallery (The Bent Tree Gallery) in Clarksville, in eastern Missouri. Clarksville is a tiny town of 490 people, but the downtown area is full of artists, their shops, studios, and galleries. We (my husband and I) have a weekend cottage there and love the small-town atmosphere, combined with the creative energy created by so many artsy folks. Our daughter, Stacy, lives in Clarksville, and manages our gallery through the week for us. |
