| Introduction | The North Coast Sailing Association is comprised of a group of Sailors in Prince Rupert, BC. The NCSA was formally formed in Prince Rupert on October 4, 1983 and is open to sailboat owners, windsurfers, racing crew members and those interested in sailing. It's main objectives are to promote and encourage the sport of sailing; to promote water safety; and to provide a social and communication link for area sailors. The Founding directors were Klas Bockasten, President; Arthur Hargorve, Vice-president; Stephen Coffin, Secretary; Stu Connacher, Treasurer; and Steve Weatherall, Director. The people have changed since 1983 but the essence remains the same...
