| Introduction | My name is Mark I guess I'm not too used to thinking about how other people may find me. My perspective writing about myself from the inside out is the best I can do, unless I tell you what others have said about me! So from my perspective I think I'm very self reliant. I try and not ask for too much help. Although the quickest way to make friends is to ask someone for help right? I much more relaxed these days after learning some of the teachings of Jordan Peterson whom has put me on the right track. It's funny because no matter how easy your road, if it's the wrong road your never happy or fully settled. I've been learning about health and some of the big macro changes we can make to maximise the health benefits, all dependent of course on ones' circumstances and condition. |
