| Introduction | The Mickelsen Farm has been a family-run full functioning farm since 1989. Established with the aim to teach our children the value of working together as a family to produce something great, while having a lot of fun in the meantime, the farm has been creating fond memories that will last a lifetime. In addition to raising chickens, turkeys, pigs, rabbits, goats, cows, and maintaining a large garden & orchard to provide all organic food for our family -- we have been raising, training, and riding horses since the farm's inception as a wonderful family pastime. Over the years we have enjoyed sharing our enthusiasm for modern country living with our friends and neighbors and hope to give others a taste of farm life with our "Down on the Farm" day camps. |
