Introduction	I love to enjoy life. I like to be good to others because I believe that if I am then goodness will follow me.I cannot express the joy I feel when I am around children. I guess it was my destiny to become a teacher so that I will be able to help children learn and also make them happy.I love to travel and meet people. There is so much out there for us to learn that I can't imagine how some find time for foolishness.Well, I am pursuing a Masters in Reading programme and so far, it is interesting, exciting and I can't wait to share all that I have learnt with my colleagues. So far, I have had one workshop with them which was quite successful. I am planning to make better use of our lunch period by sharing useful information while we dine in the staff room. I've seen some great results with my students in the area of reading and I plan to keep on doing what I have started in reading at my school. Motivating pupils to read by reading interesting stories to them and then teaching them sight words to aid with fluency are just two areas that can go a long way in developing good readers in our schools.
