| Introduction | My name is Jennifer Jens, and I am a busy military wife, mother of two small children, fitness specialist, boutique owner, shopper, etc... The following explains my BLOG: FIT~ I have an extensive fitness background, a passion for healthy living and helping others achieve success. I have a BS in Exercise Science from Gonzaga University. I am an ACSM Personal Trainer and have been a Group Exercise Instructor for 8 years(AFAA, YogaFit, Spinning, NETA Pilates, Strength and Cond, Weight Loss). I am a published ACSM writer and published Childhood Obesity Researcher. I have also co-produced and appeared in Healthy Lifestyle/Cosmetic Surgery videos. FANCY~ I am the creator and owner of The Olive Star Boutique - which can be found on Facebook & Etsy. I sell unique, spunky, handmade children's accessories and gifts! This BLOG will also share many craft tips. FREE~ I am a Military Wife - I am very proud of my Husband who flies on the B52. I love the life that we have and wouldn't change a thing.
