| Introduction | Hello, my name is Laurel and I used to be a yo yo dieter and a yo yo shopper! Oh, I so wish I did not have to say that. Who would have thought it would take me until this age to figure out how to eat so that my closet did not look like a local department store! Now I have mastered it and turned into a bit of a fashionista. I help people no matter their age, weight, height or mindset to look and feel their best. There are tricks, hints and tips to looking great. I will share my secrets right here so that people will fail at guessing your age! So, what am I doing? Hmmm, right now simple healthy eating, walking and lots of fun shopping! Very few empty carbs ( white stuff like sugars, potatoes, rice, pasta) and loads of veggies, fruits meats and healthy fats.
