Introduction	This blog is mostly concerned with eastern thought teachers, philosophical interests, and the truth gone unnoticed but always embedded right here right now within our lives, that's why it's called "bread and blood", a light play on the sustenance it hopes to provide for those who read and need remembrance while approaching the daunting task of living in complete consciousness daily. Of course, the task is not daunting when one drops into the moment free of all mind chatter. But more on that later.
