| Introduction | I am Sudha Jacob. I believe teaching is a lifelong learning process. I learn about different strategies and new philosophies. I learn from the parents, my colleagues, the community and the children. The children have taught me to open my mind to the joy, the innocence and the diversity of ideas in the world. I work in LH4. As a learning coach, I aim to create an environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration and capability of acquiring new interests and determination. I enjoy working alongside the learners as they investigate and modify their theories. Our habitat is a place where the learners feel respected and valued. I try to motivate the learners to reach their full potential, ask questions, learn from their mistakes, give and receive feedback, find reasons and negotiate and support others. In our habitat, the problems are solved in peaceful ways and each learner has a perception that they can make a difference in this world. . |
