| Introduction | I started Faery Tree Creations in 2006, as a way of making a little extra money for Christmas. This was long before I was thinking about a family of my own. In 2015, after finding true love, marrying him, and becoming a step-mother to a cheeky, then 6 year old girl who loves dragon, I started thinking about all the things I wanted for my children, the things I wanted to teach them, and this was when I started to really delve into Waldorf. I love the natural simplicity I was finding in Waldorf crafts and hoped one day to make toys for my own children. Now, with my first baby due in March, my wish will come true. In 2016, I resurrected FTC. This time, not just as a hobby, but as an actual business, with the intent of crafting beautiful, wooden, Waldorf/Montessori inspired toys for all children, not just my own.
