Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Oh but I do wear scarves! I just shibori dyed a bunch of silk. With my black coat, I wear a rayon scarf from Korea that my aunt brought back. I have a black watch plaid wool, but I can only wear that about a week or two in the worst weather.
