| Introduction | PROOF (The Paranormal Research Organization of Fulton) was formed by Joshua Potter, David Kelley and James Owens out of a mutual interest in the paranormal. We operate much like TAPS in that we first debunk everything possible and then see what we have left. Our goal is to provide our clients with comfort, relief and defense (both physical and mental), whether something is happening or not.
