| Introduction | Growing up exclusively in the Carolinas I have learned to embrace my traditional Southern culture of hospitality. Throughout my life I have found that hospitality is something that is not only found in my hometown as I have experienced a genuine, warm welcome all over the world. These experiences have led me to believe that it is an innate part of who we are as humans to care for one another, and that natural tendency is where my love of Entertaining begins. My favorite quote by Stephen Grellet sums it up best: I shall pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again. |
