| Introduction | In my 40th year and have never felt more passionate and inspired to live the most fulfilling life I can create. Guided by my intuition and a force beyond myself, I truly believe in the power of breathing. Sharing this knowledge with others is the gift I have to give. It feels like a natural step in our society to start acknowledging what other cultures have known for thousands of years. We have embraced Yoga and we need now to embrace our breath with the same commitment. It is the easiest and healthiest practice we can each do as individuals to improve our lives. Once we open ourselves to conscious breathing, we open ourselves to the body and souls vast knowledge. |
