Introduction	For the majority of my career I have worked for my current employer, a large Multinational retailer. I enjoy growing my 12+ yrs of exp in the field of recruitment & talent development. I have spent the majority of my career focused in IT & Retail management recruitment. I have experience with small & large exe recruitment firms, I have focused on local to Multinational recruitment, and I have done direct placement & contract. I have hired & recruited for hourly to 100k+ emps. I have recruited for hard to fill positions as well as multiple needs for the same position. I have experience as a HR Manager/Generalist for companies ranging from less then 50 employees total to being part of a team of over 30,000+ employees in the USA alone. I pride myself on my passion for driving the recruitment process for my company by building relationships with talent, team members & by networking with other professionals. I view myself as a servant leader who is creative but also an analytical thinker. I always strive for incomparable execution to attain results I am detail oriented but I also keep my eye on the big picture.
