Introduction	I'm turning 40 this year and it sucks. I already know what you're going to say, "Life begins at 40, blah, blah, blah." I know that. Still sucks. I started this blog as a fun way to challenge myself in the areas of my life where I want to improve and I thought it would be fun to invite a bunch of strangers whom I've never met to do it with me.
