Introduction	Rodney G. Miller’s critically acclaimed writing includes his book on persuasive language styles–named Reviewer’s Choice at Midwest Book Review by senior reviewer Diane Donovan. An Editorial Board Member of the journal "Media and Language" at Sofia University, he is published by the State University of New York Press and The Royal Society of Queensland. Current research at The Communication Institute in language and emotive processes to develop new understandings of communication. Previously taught communication at Queensland University of Technology, founding and for more than a decade editing "Australian Journal of Communication." Interests	For more than three decades in C-level executive and senior management roles, he helped to secure substantial resources for large, complex, public and private universities, colleges, and research institutions internationally. Also served as adjunct faculty at the Indiana University center on philanthropy, and chaired or served on the governing and advisory boards of educational, professional, and community organizations.
