| Introduction | We are a Singapore-based couple who (obviously) love to eat and have set up this site mainly to help us recall and relive our best dining moments (for awful meals we usually don't bother to write about them). Having limited penmanship, we hope that our photos of the food tell the story much more vividly than we can ever hope to do with our writing. We share this with our friends and fellow food lovers, not with the intention of providing reviews of restaurants, but simply as a reference of our experiences at each restaurant. Our writeups should be taken in context of the specific meal to which each relates, as we understand that restaurants can have good and bad days (although two and three Michelin star restaurants really shouldn't be having bad days).
