Introduction	Wildflower! That's me: a "retired" human resources professional, living on a small island in the pacific north west. The majority of my career was spent working as HR Manager for TRIUMF, Canada's national laboratory for particle and nuclear physics, and I commuted to work by small ferry boat each day. Currently working on-island, part-time, in HR at the local whole foods store My life is shared with Chris, and with my Norwegian Forest Cat (Gypsy), and Ajax our German Shepherd dog. In my not so frequent spare time I am learning about gardening and am trying to create a garden that attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. So far it is happening.
