| Introduction | Over 5yrs ago, I had gastric bypass surgery and lost over 200lbs. I've managed to maintain the weight loss even after having my beautiful baby girl 3yrs ago. However, within the last couple of months, I have gained over 40lbs. This worries me because my biggest fear is that I will gain my weight back. I know that 40lbs is far from 200lbs but it starts somewhere. So I'm creating this blog to show accountability for my poor food and exercise choices and to document my weightloss journey. My goal is to lose 45lbs by New Years and to be able to get into my first bikini ever by next summer. |
