| Introduction | Anyé Elite is a Singer-Songwriter, Minority Gay Rights Activist, Fashion Model, and Cultural Commentator. Anyé helped to co-ordinate Atlanta’s first week long celebration of African-American Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual & Transgendered History aptly titled PHYRE (www.afterthephyre.com). In light conjunction with that effort Anyé also modeled for the “Question Homophobia Campaign” as well as the “Deeper Love Project Homepage”. Anyé is featured in the previous issues of Southern Voice and CLIK Magazine where he shares his moving coming out story. He continues to make performance appearances most recently Boston Gay Black Pride, Jacksonville Pride, and others. Anyé is currently back in Atlanta working on his currently untitled debut album titled and is looking forward to further empowering gay people specifically those of color around the world. |
