Introduction	I think of myself as a citizen of the world: a naturalized U.S. citizen born and raised in Germany who has spent the last 27 years living and working in nine different countries (mostly Eastern Europe and South and Central Asia). I am currently living in Falls Church, VA. Cooking has always been a great interest of mine - I enjoy exploring local markets, bazaars and restaurants during my travels and have been fortunate to attend several cooking classes while traveling. My hope is to share with you some of the wonderful tastes and smells I have encountered along the way!
