| Introduction | Welcome! This blog is a diary of sorts, following my efforts of weight loss, nutrition and fitness, my achievements, my challenges my plateaus (interesting right?). I am by no means a "fitness junkie", I do not have rippling abs and quads like rocks. By writing this all out and having (maybe?) some of you read it, I figure this will be some good inspiration for me to stay on track with my goals. Like everyone on the internet, my main source is to vent. I also want to share a lot of nutritional and fitness tips for you all! Some I have learned, some I have tried, some have worked for others I know personally and others are some nifty, credible sources I have found on the interwebs or in sports journals. It is also important to remember that bodies are different and require different needs, what works for one person may not work for another. It could be something else all together! Nevertheless, I plan on sharing what I know with you all and document my "fruitful" journey (see what I did there). Steak knives not included. |
