Introduction Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Cody is a 1994 graduate of The University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and a 1999 graduate of American Bar Association accredited Mississippi College Law School. He is admitted to every State and Federal Court in Tennessee and to the US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Cody and his wife Melanie, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, have two children, Maggie and Jack. In his spare time, Cody has been a radio announcer for the Tennessee Titans for the past 12 years. Cody is also the Chief Nashville Proctor for the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners. Cody Allison is a member of The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, commissioned 2010 by Governor Steven L. Beshear. Kentucky Colonel is the highest honor awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Commissions for Kentucky Colonels are given by the Governor and the Secretary of State to individuals in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to a community, state, or the nation.
