| Introduction | I was born in England and moved to St. Louis when I was nine. Talk about culture shock!!! We lived there for about 18 months before moving to Illinois where I lived for the next 20 years. My two brothers still live there and my sister lives in Canada. My husband, Bob, works in RTP and we have two sons and a daughter. Stuart and Tristan are both working. Elizabeth (Liz) is married and has a one year old little boy. I love children and have taught in one way or another since I was 15. I was a teaching assistant as I worked my way through university. However, teaching was not my vocational choice until I began teaching in a university on a temporary basis which ended up lasting for six years, until we moved to New Hampshire. Since then I have taught in a private school, public schools, homeschooled and now in a charter school. This is my fifth year at Woods and I am very excited about this year and especially this group of students! |

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No, I am merely taking a few minutes to organize the day in my mind before jumping up and letting the shower wash all the ideas away!
