| Introduction | Hi! I'm a stay-at-home Mom to a beautiful little girl who I call my Doodle Bug. I decided to start this blog to document my "learning to cook" experiences. Hopefully years from now when I'm a master chef, I can look back and laugh at how clueless I was! Growing up I had it made. My mom cleaned my room, laundered my clothes and cooked every single meal. It wasn't until I left home in my early 20's that I realized... I have no idea how to cook! I'm in my 30's now and for the past 10+ years I've been living off of french fries and lean cuisines. Sad, I know. I now have a toddler who will only eat french fries and chicken nuggets, I figured it's time. I knead (see what I did there?) to learn to cook. This child cannot live off of nuggs (as we like to call them) for the rest of her life! Noway! So here I go. I am committed to learning 1 recipe a week for now. As soon as I get the hang of cooking... I'll expand. Bon a petite! |

I'm quite embarrassed that I do not know the answer to this... seeing as though I worked for a commercial vehicle manufacturer for over 2 years! Yikes!
