Introduction	We have been married since the fall of 2006. Kids were not part of our plan when we got married, but a few years in God had a different plan. We began the adoption journey in May of 2010. We felt like God was calling us to adopt from Ethiopia. At the time, the process was moving quickly and we expected that to continue. After a lot of waiting, praying, and wondering, God opened yet another door for us to adopt an older waiting child from South Africa in May of 2012. We placed our Ethiopian adoption on hold to bring Nicolas into our family. Now, with Nicolas home and our new normal established, we have jumped back into the Ethiopia process. We are excited and anxious as we embark on the next leg of our adventure!
