| Introduction | I am a trail runner, a mother to an 11 month old boy, and wife to Professional Ultra Trail Runner Hayden Hawks. At the end of this school year, I quit my job as a 1st grade teacher and set off to travel the world with my family. While it was hard to leave a great job, it has been the experience of a lifetime so far! In this blog, I'll share what it is like to travel with an 11 month old, experience new places and cultures, and train and live in the most beautiful mountainous regions of the world as we prepare for the biggest UltraTrail races in the world. |
