| Introduction | I am Lesley-Ann and welcome to my blog. My blog is all about my journey and the tips and tricks that helped me to drop size 18, weighing over 210lbs, equivalent to approximately 15st / 95kg down to a size 12 to 14,weighing under 180lbs. I have struggled with my weight ever since I had my 2nd child and didn't like what I saw in the mirror; heck I even hated going into high street stores only to confirm what I already knew, and this was that the outfits that I loved could not fit me. I felt miserable, unhappy, insecure in my own body and was my biggest critic. Unfortunately we live in a society where being "skinny" is glamorized and is the "it" thing for both men and women and sadly research shows that men as much as women are now going under the knife for "quick fix".
