Introduction	Kathryn brings twenty five years of strong program and project management expertise to the client, grounded in many years of business experience in designing, right-sizing and managing IT and Service Delivery organizations. Kathryn’s background is in applications development and maintenance, having led corporate applications organizations, and applications development and implementation projects. She has assisted clients including Heineken, CNA, Raytheon, Duke Energy, TXU, and Astra Zeneca in the sourcing of legacy applications portfolios and packaged applications, including ERPS such as SAP and PeopleSoft. She has helped clients develop and implement sourcing strategies, identify suppliers, and manage bidding, selection and contract negotiations. Kathryn’s experience spans global corporations in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, utilities and manufacturing industries. Kathryn has led professional training for executives, advisors and suppliers, including topics such as business case development, pricing, service levels, governance, and contract negotiations. Kathryn is currently authoring a book on Strategic Sourcing.
