| Introduction | Hi! Welcome to my blog page and thank you for checking it out :) I started this blog as a place to keep my thoughts and to share them, whether good or bad, with those who find them interesting! My hope is to channel the good ones and grow them into something great, but also to look back on the bad ones and know that I have learned from them (or at least recognize that I need to!)It is a likely possibility that you may not like anything I blog about, but if it makes it to this page, it will definitely be something I care about! I refuse to spend my precious time typing about random things that will never matter on this side of eternity! |
| Interests | Anything that draws me closer to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I have to mention that first, because in Him, I have continued to discover new interests and even remember old interests I had completely forgotten about! Things such as..... picnics, walking barefoot in the grass, trips to the beach (both alone and with friends), swimming, diving into a crisp pool of water (aaahhhh!), running with friends (and sometimes alone, but I have to be in the mood), fixing healthy meals, cleaning my home....I'm sure I'll add more as they continue to pop back into my life! |
| Favorite movies | Footloose, How to Lose a Guy in 10 days, Fireproof, Miracle on 34th Street, Transformers, A-Team, GI Joe's, Passion of the Christ, Ace Ventura (both of them!) |
| Favorite music | Pretty much anything, though Oldies is a necessity for me :) I love Hillsong and EVERYTHING that our NewSpring family has released! |
| Favorite books | I grew up reading RL Stine books and loved them, though have not read any of them in years. I enjoyed all of the Harry Potter books and can attribute them to the love for books that I have now. The Twilight series, though totally a "band wagon" decision, was very good. However, I am neither Edward nor Jacob simply b/c they are make believe characters!!!! People do understand that, right??? |
