| Introduction | I am Chetana, and I live in UK at the moment. I say that since I have been globe trotting for a while now and not sure where life will take us next. More on that another time. I enjoy cooking especially trying new recipes, fusion cooking and baking. People have different hobbies to keep their mind occupied, stimulated and to destress, for me cooking is one of them, a passion, hobby and a stress buster. I particularly enjoy in making food presentable, since I beleive that food well presented is more appetising, but get put off when people use artificial colours to make the food more appealing.The thought of people or restaurants serving pink or red curries and desserts make me feel sick.I believe that using the delicate balance of natural colours and spices we can get wondorous results in makeing the food look attractive. I am not very regular with my posts, but have determined that this will be part of my new year resolution list.Hope I keep it up! Thanks for visiting and I do hope you will return soon to read more.
