| Introduction | I woke up after a 13 year career in advertising to find myself somewhere I never thought I'd be...living at the end of a cul-de-sac in Suburbia. I decided it was time for a change. I left my career and the delicious comforts it afforded me. I plan to follow my dream of being a writer while I adjust to staying at home with my three children. My days consist of trying to control my ten year old son, keep my 7 year old daughter from obsessing over her latest boyfriend and trying to figure out what to do with our 15 month olds awesome African American hair. And did I mention we are adopting again? It has been three weeks and I admit to looking at the help wanted ads but hey...how hard can this be? |
