| Introduction | I have a passion for serving God. In 1987 I surrendered my life to Him. Since then my life has never been the same. God has blessed me with a wonderful family. Because of Health problems in my life I decided to make changes in my life. I knew that my health problems were a result of poor health choices. I figured that if I lost my health through poor choices that maybe I could restore my health by making good choices. Through the wisdom of others I made changes in my health that had incredible result in my life. Today I run 4-5 miles a day. I credit this first to God and then to eating high quality foods, superb nutritional supplements and daily exercise. |
