Introduction	Hi, i am a teenage girl recovering from the horrific disorder anorexia nervosa. It started when i was 15 and i weighed a healthy 9 and a half stone (i'm 5'9) then in just a few short months my weight plumetted to 6 and a half stone. I was killing myself, and destroying my life and my body. My personality had disappeared and i felt lost and like a ghost. Then one day, i cracked and told my dad everything, he was so relieved and so was i :) now 6 months on, i weigh 8 1/2 stone and eat like a healthy, normal teen. I cannot stress how much happier i am now, and if anyone out there is suffering or knows someone who is suffering from an ED, get help NOW! It will make life worth living again
