Introduction	Here is the deal. I absolutely LOVE food. From a hearty hotdog smothered in mustard to a dainty fois gras wrapped in cotton candy, everything about food screams comfort, excitement and a soul experience. If you have not had a chance to experience food like this, do it. I am a smart ass, I misspell words and I get cliche sayings wrong all the time. But I am not writing for The New Yorker. This is just me, writing about the one thing that brings families together under one roof, makes guests feel welcome in a new place and makes our lives more interesting...food. Cheers!
