Introduction	Richard Lawless is a 72 year old man whose life - as he sees it - is a continuing journey toward freedom, love and peace that always seems just beyond the next ridge or out there beyond the horizon. He is gifted with children, grandchildren and some really good friends.He's had a lifelong passion for things of the spirit like connection, delight, courage and a vision of a more decent world. He knows that even when struggles and disappointments keep coming in big and little ways, they are never the last word. He holds advanced degrees in theology and religious history, and is currently working as a counselor on Long Island, New York. He likes to kayak, eat, and walk pretty fast. He is currently completing an historical novel of Southampton NY set in the late 1640's.
Interests	Whatever helps people recover from trauma and addictions and the wounds of childhood. Also Irish music and Italian food.
