| Introduction | I always wanted to start a blog, but I'm not good with words. But I'm pretty good at coming up with what to make every night. I thought of recording these recipes (some borrowed from other chefs and some are my creations) so that my children can one day use it to cook their favorite food (and hopefully survive in college!). I also hope this can be a little helper for those who are stuck with the daily question of: "what's for dinner?" "Dinner wa?" is a question my husband asks every day. It means, "what's for dinner?" in Japanese. I believe "good food" is different from one family to another. Recipe is there to get you started, but you have the power to make it into "good food" for your loved ones. Happy Cooking! |
