| Introduction | I was raised in a town in Upstate New York just outside of Rochester. I used to love to watch the farmers work the fields and could watch them drive the tractors around for hours. When I was 14 I worked at a gas station that made fresh donuts in the morning and havn't stopped cooking since. I did some hard time at a culinary school in France where I was kicked in the shins and forced to smoke cigarettes. With a degree in hand I headed down to Grasse to spend the hottest summer of my life cooking @ La Bastite St. Antoine. |
