| Interests | CS. Mithun B Shenoy holds a PG in Commerce, is a Fellow Member of ICSI and has qualified the intermediate stage of ICMAI. He is the Company Secretary of Asirvad Micro Finance Ltd. He was associated with Kitex Garments Limited, STEL Holdings Ltd, Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, Federal Bank and Manappuram Finance Limited. He has over 15 years of post CS experience in Corporate Secretarial legal functions. He is a visiting faculty of the ICSI Kochi Chapter since 2014, and the ICMAI Cochin Chapter since 2024 for Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, and Economic & Business Laws. As a motivational speaker, he has delivered talks at professional development programs of ICSI and ICAI. As a trainer, he conducts various workshops and training sessions for CS students. He has delivered sessions at programs organized by Central University of Kerala, Kasargod, CUSAT, Kochi and various colleges in Ernakulam & Kottayam. He was inducted into the interview board of PSUs for recruiting professionals. He is a Board Member of VISAT College and an expert guest speaker at a finance school. He is a regular writer in the ICSI journal. He was Chairman of ICSI Kochi - National Best chapter awardee for the year 2022. |
