Introduction	Allan is the Senior Pastor of NewHope Baptist Church in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, a position he has held since moving to Australia from Canada in 1995. Allan teaches preaching at Whitley College in Victoria and facilitates courses for the Australian College of Ministry. He holds a PhD in education and homiletics. Leadership mentoring, organisational consulting and conference speaking are extensions of Allan’s leadership and communication ministries. He is married to Janet, an artist, and they have three adult children.
