Introduction	In a-not-so-short Cliff Notes version--I'm a freelance writer, speaker, brain tumor survivor, mom to two miracle children I was told I couldn't have, fundraiser on a mission to raise $1 million dollars for meningioma research and published author.
Interests	Writing, poetry, hang time with my family, travel, humor, black and white photography, the beach. On the serious side meningioma brain tumors and epilepsy.
Favorite movies	Anything with Clint Eastwood, Helen Mirren, Will Ferrell, Meryl Streep
Favorite music	Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Kate Perry, ACDC, basically a mix of everything.
Favorite books	Anything by David Sedaris, Nora Ephron, Carl Hiassen, Bukowski, the Classics I dreaded in high school...
